Dr. Denise Eckman is the co-founder of Creative Solutions for Autism and has provided Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy and supervision for over 10 years to families in Los Angeles County, Orange County and Denver, CO.
Dr. Eckman received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver where she specialized in Behavior Analysis and Assessments.
While completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Dr. Eckman gained extensive training and experience in supervising and developing programs for children with Autism utilizing the principles and methodologies of ABA, in particular Verbal Behavior.
Dr. Eckman completed her clinical internship at Pacific Clinics, Community Mental Health Agency, with a focus on psychological services including assessment for children and families with chronic mental disorders of various ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Throughout her graduate education and beyond, Dr. Eckman continues to develop her passion and commitment to providing quality , innovative and creative individualized services for children diagnosed with Autism or related disorders.

Asha Bhakta, M.A. is the co-founder of Creative Solutions for Autism, a California company that provides Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to families in Orange County. With a Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis from University of Nevada, Reno, Mrs. Bhakta has practiced the principles of Behavioral Analysis, in particular with the autism community, for 10 years.
Her keen insight into the patterns of behavior commonly encountered in children on the autism spectrum allows for systematic observation and modification of behavior.
Because the principles of ABA not only apply to the child, but to the family of the affected child as well, Mrs. Bhakta tailors her recommendations to suit each individual family.
Mrs. Bhakta has extensive experience in Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Training (NET), and Verbal Behavior (VB) procedures.
Additionally, she has received training in teaching Language Skills, Communication Skills, Social Skills, Play skills, Academic Skills, and Daily Living Skills to children with autism.
